Newcomer Flygbussarna Door to Gate has Stockholm’s most satisfied customers

According to a recent survey conducted every year by the company Evimetrix, the newcomer Flygbussarna Door to Gate has Stockholm’s most satisfied customers 2018.

In a relatively short period of time, the newcomer Flygbussarna Door to Gate has emerged as a favorite and has now grabbed the first place in Evimetrix’ annual survey of Stockholm’s most satisfied travelers. Last year’s winner Flygbussarna Airport Coaches scores an honorable second place.

– I am incredibly happy and proud over this first place and that we have Stockholm’s most satisfied travelers. This shows that our service is great and that our drivers do a fantastic job to make the customers satisfied, says Björn Grane, Business Manager at Flygbussarna Door to Gate.

In the survey almost 1800 Stockholmers expressed their opinions on 19 different transport companies (train, bus, flight and taxi companies). Amongst other factors, they rated low cost/good offer, good booking solutions, good payment methods, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable seating, environmental friendliness, reliability, safety, accessibility, security, good and informative web site, keeping time table/punctuality and frequency.

– We work daily with improving our service in all parts of the customer journey and here we have immense help from the experiences of Flygbussarna. Already in the recruitment we make a thorough selection to make sure we get the very best drivers. Our drivers are a decisive factor for the nice reviews that we receive from our customers, explains Björn Grane.

The survey was conducted between week 5 and 8, 2018, in Userneeds’ internet panel. The measurement covers the general population over 18 years old that reside in Stockholm county.
